DM501 - Hot Tropic - This luxurious tropical design is part of our Dean Miller Plantation collection. This collection was inspired by the timeless feel of an old Hawaiian plantation where you can feel the warm trade winds blowing through your shutters cooling your home as you prepare dinner from the fresh fruits off your private plantation. This classic tropical duvet cover has a black background with monstera leaves and birds of paradise.

Duvet felt a little heavy at first but I think overall it will be just fine with a lite weight down comforter inside. Love the color and design. Brightens up the room perfect. Thank you.

The duvet was as pictured, arrived promptly.  I haven't put it on the bed yet.  I'm used to duvets made out of sheet material, and this is more like upholstery fabric, so I'm interested in seeing the "feel".  We use our duvets in the Scandanavian style, with just a bottom sheet, no top sheet, and wash them weekly,  I'm thinking we may have to use a top sheet with this fabric.
