Dean Miller Prints, LLC owns all exclusive rights to our copyrighted designs (U.S. and International), and has been given to you in confidence. It is widely understood that you agree not to copy any pattern or cause any pattern to be copied indirectly or directly, or to use any copy of our patterns. Anyone found using such copies are subject to legal action under U.S. and International Copyright Law. Dean Miller is also a registered trademark. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Dean Miller Prints will gladly take back any of our product for almost any reason. We want to work with you and your store towards a mutally long term beneficial relationship. We stand behind our brand name and our quality of products, but it is a team effort. If your store or a customer receives faultly merchandise or there has been a shipping error on our part, we will gladly exchange out the item at our cost. Typically we will mail out new product with a pre-paid Fedex return label that your store or your customer can simply drop off at any Fedex / Kinko's store. Fedex stores are available nationwide. If a customer receives a drop shipped item, and decides they simply don't like the item for whatever reason, and would like to return the item for a refund, Dean Miller Prints does not reimburse or send out pre-paid shipping labels. Your drop ship customer can either return the item(s) to you, or send it back to the address above "Attn: Returns" and we will issue a refund to your credit card or apply a credit to your account if you are on terms. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. Dean Miller does NOT have a re-stocking fee of any kind. 

 

Dean Miller Prints does not require a minimum purchase for drop shipping on behalf of our authorized vendors. Each order will incur a $5.00 drop shipping fee per box (typically one box per order).

 

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Dana Point, California via FedEx, or the US Post Office (USPS) depending on what is quickest and cheapest for the customer. The carrier choice is Dean Miller Prints' decision. Tracking numbers will be assigned and emailed to you as soon as it is printed. There may be a one business day delay in the activation of your tracking number due to the order being put out in our warehouse and boxed. Dean Miller Prints, LLC can bill your Fedex account if you like for shipping, but that is the only carrier we currently use. Only one shipping location may be specified per order.

 

Dean Miller does not drop ship internationally or to PO Boxes. Dean Miller Prints, LLC will charge shipping errors to your account unless Dean Miller Prints, LLC is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment. Fedex charges us these rates, we did not make this number up.

 

All orders will be charged to the credit card you supply. The copies of your orders which you will receive via email are your receipts. No additional statements will be sent out.

 

Dean Miller can provide images for your online store or advertising use if you like. All images received from Dean Miller Prints, LLC will remain the sole property of Dean Miller Prints, LLC. We reserve all copyrights and authority over said images. You guarantee to not reproduce or copy these images in any printed format without written consent from Dean Miller Prints, LLC. You also guarantee to not misrepresent these images as creations of your own or use them to copy our designs or logos.

 

Dean Miller Prints, LLC offers Net 15, Net 30, and Net 60 on approved credit, all others will be COD. Please contact us for more info.
