This is a great quality poly fill throw pillow insert that any 16" x 16" throw pillow cover goes around. The poly fill insert is 20" x 20", but a rule of thumb is to use a slightly larger insert to add a little volume for your pillow. So we recommend this insert be used with a 16" x 16" pillow cover, or an 18" x 18" cover will work.
