Nice thick weight on this fabric, I don't know the exact weight or oz, but it feels heavy, much more than some of our cotton sheeting Hawaiian prints. This is a great quality poly fill insert that any 16" x 16" throw pillow cover goes around, and this is a great price! Shop around online and see if you can find poly filled throw pillow inserts that are this well made and come with this much fill, it can't be found. Completely enclosed, and has polyester batting on the inside. Like I said you put a throw pillow cover over this pillow. Should fit any manufacter's 16" x 16" throw pillow cover, we know your pillows may be old, and could use a little breath of fresh air to make them look new again, well these pillow inserts will do that. Only $4.50 each, no minimums.
